Westminster

Historical Society

The Westminster Historical Society's mission is to save and share Westminster's past.  To do that we collect and preserve artifacts and make them accessible to the public through exhibits and public programs.

We assist people with research projects using our collections of photos, maps, books and artifacts telling about Westminster's past.  If you have a question about Westminster, contact us!

The Westminster Historical Society also supports projects that strengthen and preserve the small town characteristics that make Westminster  unique and special to residents and visitors alike.

Everyone is invited to become a member.

Our Attic Treasure Sale is just around the corner!

We're working on the coming years programs and you can help!
In July of 2018 we're looking to do a Westminster House Tour when the outsides of the home can be showcased along with the inside of the home.  Have you ever driven by an old or new house and thought, "I'd love to see inside that house?"   Email us at westminsterhistoricalsociety@gmail.com with the subject line "2018 House Tour" and the address or addresses of the homes you've always wanted to peek inside of and we'll see if we can get that house on the tour.

OR

Do you have a home you'd love to share with the community?  Please email us as well with the same subject line, and address, but let us know it's your house.

We look forward to hearing from you!

"NONE OF US IS AS SMART AS ALL OF US"  - Ken Blanchard.  Volunteers are critical to the success of The Westminster Historical Society.  Please consider the rewarding opportunities that come with volunteering with us.
